You can imagine Obedience and Rebellion as two figures born from the same anatomical root, but developed to define two opposite projections of the human soul. The chain, which appears on both, symbolizes the rules imposed by the world and how the two creatures deal with them.
The development of the two concepts initially followed a common base and then differentiated: Obedience offers its hands to the chains in exchange for the gold it wears. He has the grace of wings but on an old skin marked all over his body, with the same rules he accepted, symbolized by the runes.
Keeping the same sculpture, the 3d concepts have been completed through the paint overlay to have different versions.
